Datorita acestui fapt chiar si parcarile au fost gandite la subsol, astfel incat sa nu deranjeze locatarii. Toata zona de la nivelul cotei zero este pietonala, masinile au acces doar la subsol fara a traversa complexul de locuinte. Accesul in locuinte se face direct din subsol prin intermediul lifturilor.
