Ambitious industrial design plans

Among the industrial projects carried out by Upstudioproject are production and storage halls, car service buildings, warehouses, farms, photovoltaic parks, factories, the total built area exceeding 200,000 sqm. In industrial design, the most important aspects are the functionality and compliance with customer requirements, but we try to make our mark whenever we have the opportunity. We made projects for halls on the metal structure made of europorphils, openwork beams, lattice beams, but also structures made of prefabricated precast concrete and mounted on site. The structure of the hall was chosen according to the degree of fire resistance imposed by the fire safety scenario according to the thermal load of the stored materials, but also according to the surfaces and the free openings necessary for the technological process.

 

A hall or any other type of industrial plan is a challenge for our architects, as we have to take into account many factors at the same time, trying to find the perfect balance between utility, fire safety requirements, technological process, environmental requirements but and the health of the population.

Small house projects without a floor

Although, when we think of a house, we think of at least one floor, the truth is that, at Upstudioproject, we receive many projects of small houses without a floor. The reasons are many: first of all, financial, because the costs of a single-level home are, logically, lower than that of a larger house or a multi-storey villa. Secondly, the decision must take into account the number of tenants who will occupy the house, not so much now, but also in the medium and long term. For example, if you are single or in a couple, you need to consider the possibility of forming a family in the more or less near future. 

At the same time, you have to admit that the models of small houses without a floor are more visually appealing, more practical and more economical, all these being other reasons to give up the idea of adding extra levels.

De ce am nevoie de servicii profesionale de proiectare industriala?
